Special Resourced Provision for physically disabled pupils
At Westlea Primary School there is a Special Resourced Provision (SRP) for physically disabled (PD) pupils. The SRP can take up to 10 pupils with the pupils integrated and included in mainstream classes where they are supported by a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants and Health Carers.
Mrs Carroll is the SRP Teacher & Coordinator.

Things to look forward to this term - Summer 2010
- A second trip to The Calvert Trust, Exmoor for an outdoor activity weekend - April 30th to May 3rd
- Installation of wheelchair accessible swing, and swing system with cradle and bench swing seats
- The Access Activity Day at the County Ground on 7th July 2010

We will all be thinking of Ben on April 21st when he has surgery to straighten his spine.
We hope he will make a speedy recovery and is back in school with us soon!
Friends & Games Club takes place each Wednesday lunchtime at 1 o'clock. It is for us to attend with a chosen friend.
